Project London Riders Michael Blatchford, Kevin Mansker and Jimmy Watkins Represent U.S. at World Cup #2

Portland, Ore. (November 30, 2011) - This is the second of a series of four UCI World Cup events where riders from around the globe fight to gain valuable Olympic points to represent their nation at the London Olympic Games.
Michael Blatchford, Kevin Mansker and Jimmy Watkins, who split their time racing for Project London 2012 and Team USA, will be competing in the Team Sprint, the Sprints and Kierin.
UCI World Cup #2 will also be the first time the new 2012 Felt TK1 will grace the hardwood track in international competition. The 2012 Felt TK1 is purpose-built for track sprinting. “The best has only gotten better” Michael Blatchford commented after putting his new TK1 through the paces on its inaugural ride in Columbia.
Team USA/Project London 2012 will meet Venezuela in heat 5 of the Team Sprint on December 1st , looking to qualify for the team sprint finals held later on that evening.
