Portland, Ore. - The Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that SE Water Avenue from SE Main Street to SE Alder Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic from Monday, August 30, through Tuesday September 7. Work crews will close the road from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day for grinding and repaving.
