Portland, Ore. - The Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that SE Water Avenue from SE Main Street to SE Alder Street will be closed to all vehicular traffic from Monday, August 30, through Tuesday September 7. Work crews will close the road from 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day for grinding and repaving.

Miller Tour of Utah, presented by Zions Bank, teamgive individual time trial by two seconds, but Levi Leipheimer, riding for Mellow Johnny's, retained the AT&T Yellow Leader's Jersey. The time trial was held at the Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, Utah.

A dramatic mountain top finish in the Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah's second stage, the XanGo Thanksgiving Point to Mt. Nebo road race, ended with Levi Leipheimer standing atop the podium in the AT&T Leaders Jersey.
The first stage of the Larry H. Miller Tour of Utah, presented by Zions Bank, came down to a two man battle for the stage win between Team Fly V Australia's David Tanner and Trek-LIVESTRONG's Alex Dowsett. Tanner took the stage win, but it was Dowsett who pulled on the AT&T Leaders Jersey at the end of the day.
