RR held in the spirit of the Spring Classics. 23-mile circuit in farm country near Spangle, WA. Good pavement except for 4 miles of graded gravel road. Constant rollers of the Palouse and nearly constant wind make this a challenging circuit that should favor the strongest all-around riders. Puncture resistant tires are recommended.
